It's best described as a cross between water-skiing - snowboarding and surfing. you are pulled across the water by hanging onto a cable but attached to a single wide board. After a full safety briefing you will be on the water and round the cable. Start off knee-boarding then once you have got the hang of that you will be up on your feet in no time experiencing the adrenaline rush of flying across the water.
