Get up to the starting point and your experienced guide will take you onto the water for a series of runs down the breathtaking twists turns and drops of the mighty River Tryweryn. After a quick break it starts all over again. You will get as many runs as time allows - usually four. As a guide this location is graded 3 on the UK's white water grading system which starts at one (relaxed) and goes up to six (too rough to offer commercially).
